35 cavities chocolate

My dear old schoolmate, Mazidah of ING a.k.a Jid, texted me early of the month... said she wanted to order chocolates for her niece's wedding.... boxes and ribbon to be silver colour .... delivered these chocolates to her on Friday evening.



That night Jid texted me "Am, coklat telah selamat dirasmikan oleh bapak budak dan budak2"... he heh... too tempting ya...

Next time Jid u should order for 2 boxes.

Strawberry Cheese Cake

I used to make these Strawberry Cheese Cake back then in 2008 when i'm still stationed at Putrajaya branch office and Kak Norrzan was my regular customer.

Saturday, 10/7 i delivered these Strawberry Cheese Cake to her mother's house in Kg Baru...... got the chance to met her mother personally. Kak Nor's mother shared her memories of Kg. Baru's golden days...

Monday morning Kak Nor called me again saying she wanted to order somemore as her kids hadn't had the chance to eat it.... and she wanted it by Tuesday evening the latest... i said ok.

Steam Brownies with Cheese Filling

STEAM BROWNIES WITH CHEESE FILLING size 6'x'6 ordered by my colleague, Nurul Akmar. Nurul said she wanted smaller size brownies just for herself... if cut thru d brownies, there's a layer of CHEESE sandwiched in between... kalu nak tengok camne it layered kena la order ya.

Blue Theme Cupcake

Jumaat petang kul 5.15 petang while i was packing my things nak balik... i received a phone call from my dear friend Rozita, informing her colleague Siti Aishah (sedap nama...semanis tuan puan nama) looking for someone to make her a cupcake utk hantaran tunang adik dia on Sunday.... theme colour blue... siap email gambar lagi design apa nak... thank god her request was quite easy... with the help from my sifu, Lia (Lovely Cakes) i manage to complete the task and delivered to Aishah Sunday morning ...

To Aishah, thanks for ordering.... minta maaf jika ada sebarang kekurangan.... maklum akak masih amature.. akak tak tiru design aishah bulat2 ... takut originator nampak saman akak plak .... add a bit here and there.... kalu nak cupcake/chocolate/tiramisu calling2 la akak ya.

Projek Cupcakes

Aku selalu menyimpan angan nak 'tuntut ilmu' buat cupcake... bila browse thru website Lovely Cakes terus aku terpikat tgk design2 cupcake nya... dan alhamdulillah aku berjaya menghabiskan module yang telah diatur oleh Sifu Lia... kelas turut dihadiri oleh Huda... very cheerful person... kerja ngan marketing & event management company... very sad tak sempat bergambar ngan Sifu & Huda sbb masing2 dah penat... 2 hari kelas ended up at 9pm.... tapi hasil yg dapat so worth it... anak2 & husband was so amazed. Just look at the cupcakes design...
