My dearest a.k.a long time friend Dr Huda Haron placed these long list order to celebrate her husband's birthday which fall on the same date as my son's birthday... have to take leave on my birthday just to ensure i could deliver the orders on nite 25/5/11.

1) Durian Cheese Cake (chilled); and

2) Praline Chocolates; and

3) 50 Strawbeery Fruit Tarts; and

4) Cream puffs with custard/fresh cream filling; and

5) 50 Apam Polka Dots; finally

6) Lapis Kentang Berinti

I used to make these Strawberry Cheese Cake back then in 2008 when i'm still stationed at Putrajaya branch office and Kak Norrzan was my regular customer.

Saturday, 10/7 i delivered these Strawberry Cheese Cake to her mother's house in Kg Baru...... got the chance to met her mother personally. Kak Nor's mother shared her memories of Kg. Baru's golden days...

Monday morning Kak Nor called me again saying she wanted to order somemore as her kids hadn't had the chance to eat it.... and she wanted it by Tuesday evening the latest... i said ok.

Durian Cheese Cake (Chilled)

Just bought myself "101 cupcakes & cheese cake" cook book.... made me eager to try d mouth watering resepis.... these DURIAN CHEESE CAKE was my birthday cake.... simple decoration.

A big-huggy kisses to my hubby coz he went all the way to Bukit Unggul, 5km from bandar baru bangi.... at 9pm... just to buy a fresh durian for the cheese cake..... cayang abang.

For my son's birthday ...a day after mine... i just bought these cute BIJOUX cupcakes @ KLCC... simple yet tasty... thank god he really liked it... well why waste buying a big cake when u can have these handy cupcakes.... still have my DURIAN CHEESECAKE to finish off.... sorry Amjad.

Capuccino Cheese Cake (Baked)

May is full of celebrations.....labour day, mother's day, teacher's day.... i have 4 extra celebration this month... my daughter's birthday on 7/5... my birthday on 25/5, my son's birthday on 26/5... ... last but not least our Wedding Annivesary on 21/5.... this year is our 15th Annivesary... instead of celebrating outside, we decided to have 'mediterranean dinner' at home with our kids.... my husband prepared these dishes....

Hari ni Jumaat, 7 May 2010 genap umur Aina, my 4th daughter 8 tahun....HAPPY BIRTHDAY AINA... permintaan dia nak Strawberry Cheese Cake... nak yang sejuk katanya...frozen la tu....nak makan ngan kawan2 kat sekolah agama... maka saya pun tunaikan la permintaan dia.... biskut digestive diguna sebagai base utk Strawberry Cheese Cake ni....

Bbrp hari sebelum tu dapat phone call dari Mrs. Mala... ibu salah sorang kawan anak.... nak order Baked Strawberry Cheese Cake .... katanya anak dia, Xammuna, suka sample cheese cake yang anak saya, Alya bawak ke sekolah. Thanks Mrs. Mala for ordering.
