Beryl's Chocolate Fair

Last Saturday, 29/5/10, we went to BERYL's FREE CHOCOLATE BUFFET held at their outlet in Seksyen 9 Bandar Baru Bangi.... nice building.. doesn't look like a chocolate factory.

who would deny if chocolates are distibuted for free.... u can eat as many CHOCOLATES as u want .. just don't waste it.

These display-chocolates are NOT FREE.... it costs RM19/100g ... yummy....

Durian Cheese Cake (Chilled)

Just bought myself "101 cupcakes & cheese cake" cook book.... made me eager to try d mouth watering resepis.... these DURIAN CHEESE CAKE was my birthday cake.... simple decoration.

A big-huggy kisses to my hubby coz he went all the way to Bukit Unggul, 5km from bandar baru bangi.... at 9pm... just to buy a fresh durian for the cheese cake..... cayang abang.

For my son's birthday ...a day after mine... i just bought these cute BIJOUX cupcakes @ KLCC... simple yet tasty... thank god he really liked it... well why waste buying a big cake when u can have these handy cupcakes.... still have my DURIAN CHEESECAKE to finish off.... sorry Amjad.

Capuccino Cheese Cake (Baked)

May is full of celebrations.....labour day, mother's day, teacher's day.... i have 4 extra celebration this month... my daughter's birthday on 7/5... my birthday on 25/5, my son's birthday on 26/5... ... last but not least our Wedding Annivesary on 21/5.... this year is our 15th Annivesary... instead of celebrating outside, we decided to have 'mediterranean dinner' at home with our kids.... my husband prepared these dishes....

Tea time over the weekend

Repeated TIRAMISU order from Johana.... last 3 weeks she ordered .... said that she wanted to try my TIRAMISU..... last Monday Ana emailed me saying "tak puas la makan TIRAMISU"... sekali rasa pasti nak lagi ya..... try to minimise it's deco to maintain TIRAMISU's pureness.

My friend Faezah also repeated order for 2 times... said the first time anak dia tak puas makan... thanks to Ana & Fae... glad u all like it.....kalu nak lagi calling2 le.

Kelas at Ida Bakery

Saya signed up for Creampuff, Cheese Tart, Cheese Cake & Chocolate Cake Class with Ida Bakery on 10 May 2010.... nak memantapkan lagi ilmu yang tak seberapa....perrhhh byk belajar tu.... tapi amazingly within 3 hours boleh siap semua........ cekap betul kak Ida di dapur ya.... thanks for all the tips yg Kak Ida bagi and sorry lambat sampai.. maklum tersasar jalan.... lain kali boleh ambik kelas lain pulak.
